A:AnswerCarpenter - You can use a Fios remote with the S95B TV; however, additional programming may be needed, and we recommend contacting Verizon to best assist with this.

A:AnswerIf your provider has an app, use that and save yourself from relocating the cable box. We use the remote that came with the TV to navigate between apps and to change channels.
A:AnswerIt has Samsung tv integrated. It also has the hub to download multiple applications and supports Apple TV as well. I have all my streaming apps on there with no need for an additional item like chrome cast, google tv hub or firestick.
A:AnswerI purchased same TV and it was buzzing loud enough to hear from 10' away. Only buzzed when power off. Buzzed pretty consistently. Tapping the back cover where power cord plugged in changed buzz frequency. Called Samsung and they placed service order. Repair folks came out and swapped the power board (big board with lots of components) in 10 minutes. No more loud buzz, but if you are a couple of inches from back of TV there is a very slight buzz which repair folks say is not unusual. Repair folks said they've seen a few of these with bad power board. They couldn't say if the original power board had a potential failure / shorter life if it hadn't of been swapped. Love the OLED. The picture may be too good as it shows ever blemish and wrinkle, but colors are vivid and images crisp.
A:AnswerYou have to create an account in tizen to be able to use the smart features via mobile phone. Nothing caught my attention with the privacy part though that couldn’t be disabled in the privacy section of the menu
A:AnswerMy login is saved for every service we have and I have not had to login after my initial login. Perhaps you are missing an option during set up or with the streaming service?
A:AnswerYes. It has 4 HDMI ports, and 2 USB ports so you can plug in whatever streaming device you like, and you can set the TV to go to the last input that you used so once you've switched to the HDMI port input for your Roku stick it will go back to that HDMI port unless you change the input.
A:AnswerIt depends on how you're watching TV. Pausing Live TV generally requires some kind of HDR function. If you plug in a USB storage drive you might be able to use it to pause live/OTA TV, but I haven't tried this since I only stream video or play things from players, and game consoles.
A:AnswerXbox Gamepass is supported by the game bar no Xbox needed. You should have gotten the Xbox series wireless Controller given to your at your Best Buy separate from the TV, but you have to bring it up to them, and push on it. A lot of Best Buy's are really bad about telling this to their employees. My local Best Buy hadn't heard of it, and their manager wasn't helpful either even after I showed them on their website. Go back, and talk to the manager, and then call/mail corporate about it after.
