There is a one-connect box that houses all of the HDMI and power cables. For my installation, I had a 1/2"x1" cut-out to feed the cable from the tv to the one connect box.

There is a single cable from the OC box to the TV that supplies power, audio, video, etc. The dimensions of the box have been provided in other answered questions.
