“Why is this TV listed as works with Alexa and Google assistant 🤔 + has voice assistance when it is not capable of any of that? Limited remote control options from phone app and that's it. Pretty much a false advertisement. Very disappointing.”

Please try again later.You have to go into the Alexa app and link it thru SKILLS,the same with google..try that and it should work.I have 3 Samsung televisions and I just bought this television and they all work with voice command.the tv itself has to be linked thru Alexa and I also have all of my cameras and Xbox linked to Alexa and I use voice command for everything ie,change channels ,play games, the works. Try linking your system and you can always call the geek squad and they will walk you thru it..good luck friend.
