Ask for it to be signed for or have it sent to the local Best Buy for pickup. Inspect it before taking possession of the TV and If it’s damaged refuse to receive the television, I received a refrigerator that I failed to notice had a dent in lower part of it and I almost wasn’t able to get it fixed.
