• Hi Doug! The subwoofer will automatically connect to the soundbar directly when both devices are plugged in and turned on for the first time. The rear speakers will each wire to a transmitter base which is wireless direct to the soundbar. ^Tim

• The subwoofer syncs to the sound bar via Bluetooth. The rear speakers are connected by speaker wire to the wireless module that syncs with the sound bar separate from the subwoofer.
