dryer cycle comes on but dryer tub does not turn null

You definitely need a technician. That happened with our last Kenmore machine.

With the power turned on, close the door, and then press the Start/Pause button. 2. Watch the timer on the display and verify that it changes. 3. If the timer changes and the drum is not rotating, service may be required. Please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further.
