I purchased about 3 weeks ago. Just realized BB installers didn't hook up to water... they didn't mention the y connector or hose that should have been included. Who should I contact to get the accessories that should have been included? null

No, it should come with dryer. I found it in the drum of dryer.

I would start with calling the store you purchased from. When all else fails you could contact Samsung.

The water hose and Y connector are not included. You have to buy them separately. Same as the power cord and the vent kit.

My installers noticed that I purchased the steam dryer but didnt have the kit to make steam cycles work. I purchased it on the spot from Geek Squad as they had some on the delivery truck. You should be able to your local Best Buy and get what you need.

I would contact the store that you got it from. When I got mine a couple weeks ago, they hooked everything up. Everything should have been hooked up, if you paid the extra for the parts you needed, they should have brought the parts and connected everything.
