I have not had this problem with the Samsung dryer, but had it with my previous dryer and it was almost always due to my dryer vent being clogged. Usually a bird had climbed into the outside vent and built a nest and then there was no air flow. We had to take a leaf blower and blow it out, blowing from inside the laundry room towards outside to clear it out and then the dryer heated fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your DV50F9A6EVW. The most common cause of a dryer not heating is obstructed air flow from a clogged lint trap or vent ducts. Please check the vents for blockage. Other factors to check are to make sure the dryer is plugged into a dedicated 30-amp power supply that is functioning properly, and an appropriate heated dry cycle is selected. If you've checked each of these suggestions and the dryer still will not heat, it will likely require service. Please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
