“Manual time dry Mr. Samsung, thank you for your response. You had suggested using manual time dry so I can adjust temperature settings. How would I know how long I need to dry a load? Are there guidelines available? Will the sensor still detect the wetness of the load to increase/decrease time as needed if I use manual time dry cycle?”

Hi VC, The Manual Time Dry setting requires you to select the amount of time the Dryer will run in 10 minute increments from 20 to 60 minutes, but this setting does offer your preferred Low heat setting. Alternatively, if you want the DV52J8060GW to turn off automatically when the clothes are dry, you could choose either an Extra Low heat setting by selecting Eco Normal or Delicates, or a Medium heat setting with the Normal, Permanent Press or Active Wear Sensor Dry cycles. I thought the following information might be helpful to give you an idea of the differences in the temperatures among the various settings since there's only about a 10-20° difference between each option: Extra Low: 100-110°F; Low: 120°F Medium: 130°F High: 140°F I hope this helps to clarify.
