Very reliable, my daughter has similar one, and she has been using more than 3 years. No problem so far.

I can't comment on this publication's ratings and reviews, though I would suggest contacting your local Best Buy Appliance Associates or Consumer Reports for information and ratings. I can tell you, however, that Samsung dryers have received the JD Power & Associates Overall Customer Satisfaction Award for the past five years (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012). - Ms. Samsung
