The answer is correct, there is no pedestal made for this dryer. Samsung's answer was factual, but unhelpful. I have that dryer and I'm 5'4" and it's killing my back to have to crawl down and even reach in with my head almost inside to grab clothing. I bought the appliances without pedestals because I had never had any and they were expensive. Now I know how useful they are and I want to install a pedestal just for my dryer. This is how I found this question as I googled everything and couldn't find anything that said it was compatible. I understand that there's no specific model that was created to fit this dryer specifically, but I'm sure that there's at least one existing pedestal model that would work with this dryer. Maybe Samsung would be interested in helping customers instead of basically saying "Nope, buy a new washer/dryer set so we can make more money".

This dryer is the companion model to the WA50F9A6 washer, and HE top load washers and their matching dryers are usually installed directly on the floor since raising them up would make it difficult for most people to reach inside the washer. Samsung does have a full line-up of dryers that are designed as companion models for HE front load washers, and they can be mounted on pedestals. Examples include the DV361EWBEWR, DV365ETBGWR, DV393ETPAWR, DV405ETPAWR, DV455EVGSWR and DV457EVGSWR. If you decide to go with this type of dryer instead, then you could attach it to the WE357A7W pedestal. - Ms. Samsung
