• I'm not sure if this differs by location or store, but my Best Buy did take away my old washer and dryer. The guys that delivered the new and picked up the old were very professional and careful.

• Yes. And this product qualifies for free delivery in most areas so the pick and disposal is free minus any tips you may choose to give the delivery guys.
