“I am disappointed in this dryer. The leveling tools were not included for setup, lint trap folds in half and has a TINY latch to open it. This is an issue for arthritic hands and NO dryer rack for shoes, pillows, sweaters etc.”

A pair of pliers is all that is necessary to level the machine. You observation about opening the lint filter is spot on. My solution has been to have a small flat head screw driver handy. Clearly a design flaw.
