Yes and no, you'll have to buy a power cord just in case your receptacle isn't compatible to the one on the machine.

This cord is sold separately because most dryers in the United States require a 120- or 240-volt, 60-Hz AC-approved electrical service. Some require electrical service that is 120- or 208-volt, 60 Hz approved. And yes, this dryer should be connected to a water supply to use the steam cycle. Have a wonderful day. -Kimberly
