Buy a dryer that’s not a Samsung. That beeping when you have the dryer door open is probably one of the most annoying sounds ever and it’s as if Samsung thinks its customers are too stupid to realize the dryer door is open. There is no way to turn it off, even if you follow Sumsumg’s recommendations…which says “hold the drum light button for at least 3 seconds, then you will see the alarm off signal (a bell with a line through it) appear on the menu board.” Unfortunately this does absolutely nothing. It doesn’t stop any of the alarms or annoying beeps. So Samsung, please tell us why you don’t even know how to solve your customers issues with the products you manufacture and more importantly why we should ever purchase another one of your horrible products again?
