“Anyone having trouble with this dryer drying? I have ran a load of towels on heavy duty setting twice now and still not dry. I may have to return this.”

Hi, make sure to clean the filter and the vent, I was having the same issue before but once I have cleaned the filter and the vent everything is working fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you try other settings? It handles large loads but maybe not as large as the one you are drying. If it isn't getting heat, I would say something is wrong.
