Yes, depending on the device. I have connected wireless ear buds/ pods (Apple, beats, misc knockoffs) as well as Bluetooth speakers (jbl, life force,misc knockoffs). Distance was very short with knockoffs (<12 feet) but branded products worked well at distance of (20ish feet from tv), likely just a limitation of the devices themselves, not the tv.
