• There are different Operating Systems used for Smart TVs, such as Android. This is Samsung's.

• Tizen is the name of the operating system that the TV runs on. It is just like Windows is the operating system that runs on a PC or Mac OSX runs on a Mac. Samsung uses Tizen on their TVs, smart watches, etc. It is Samsung's so I would not expect to see it on any other brands.
