“When trying to watch a 4K movie with our 4K Firestick the movie would not show visually? Had sound but no picture. We tried all ports and have researched in the Google sphere and cannot come up with what we are doing wrong???”

Hi BR, If you are connected to an external device, ensure you are running the correct HDMI source. Confirm that the TV is set to the same source as the external device.
