The width is 13.5 inches, the overall leg length is 40.5 inches. You should be good. The TV is heavy, so it will take 2 people. Be sure to follow the instructions, and take your time. you won't have to turn it upside down if you have a helper . One guy can lift one end, and the legs slide in. The box is so cleverly made that it just peels away as needed. We love this TV!
