I’m using a Samsung sound bar with Wireless sub (model he-e450/ZA) but any sound bar with the the optic output should work. However, same brand is likely to be more compatible with the Q8F remote. My Q8F/remote configured easily and synced good with my older Samsung sound bar. Only problem I have is controlling some of the other functions that I had on the sound bar remote. You lose some functionality so don’t toss the old remote you might want it for adjust the sub woofer volume(for example).
