• The TV will extend over the ledge about 5 " - 6 " on both ends. The real problem is the stand is over a 12" deep and weighs over twenty pounds. I don't think 5 " is deep enough to keep the TV stable.

• No it will not fit. The ledge need to be at least 13 and recommend bigger mine is 24". As for the width you need to be at 66 to fit snug or more...
