“I just got my tv. I can’t get the remote to get past the first screen. It says to hold down the volume button to get to the accessibility screen, and sometimes I can get it to go there, but after that it won’t go any further - the buttons don’t work.”

Used another remote I had from a different Samsung tv, and it worked fine, so the remote is obviously broken
