And while I can't guarantee the TV's safety in an environment I can't see, I can tell you that an IP55 rating means the TV is "Protected against low pressure jets of water from all directions." Q: QuestionCan the TV just not be installed in direct sunlight or not used in direct sunlight. I plan to install the unit along a pool side and only turn it on in the late evening hours.
