Can I turn this TV on with Amazon Alexa? null

You'll need a harmony hub or something like that. The TV doesn't stay connected to the network when it turns off (smartthings doesn't recognize it when it's off). So - yes, you can, but not in a way that's easy and doesn't require an extra purchase.
