“I recently purchased Q80A 85”. I got only one remote with it (solar power). Should I have received another remote (battery charged)? some videos (using youtube app) have black bars on top/bottom - how do I remove them? I cant change the aspect ratio”

• Gina, the Picture Size Setting option is greyed out.

• Hi - The Q80A TV comes with one remote (Solar Cell Remote). You can adjust your TV's aspect ratio by going to Settings > General > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size. ^Gina
