“We just received our Samsung Q8OCA and we are having a hard time adjusting picture. We don’t love when movies look too realistic, as if you’re on set with everyone. We see “film mode” under expert settings, but it is grayed out. How can we adjust? Ty!”

I started with movie and warm 2, turned down brightness, contrast, and color. Turned off all the auto adjustment sensors. Looks much better. I can’t say for sure on film mode.
