“My 85 in this arrived today it was a floor model they didn't send the power cord how do I go about getting a power cord can I use any Samsung power cord or does it take a special one”

Hello we purchased an 85 TV model and are very happy with it. Although there might be another cord that can be used, You should contact Best Buy customer service and advise them what happened. Best Buy is all about customer service and want to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. They will provide the cord you need at no extra cost because the cord should have come with the TV from the onset.
