Hi doc, HDMI eARC is located in HDMI Port 3 on the Q80T; when connecting your soundbar to your TV, ensure you connect it from the ARC port on your soundbar to port 3 on your Q80T. Ensure the SOURCE on your Sound Output is your soundbar (Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Output). ^Gina
