Not to my understanding. The Frame TV uses the One connect box. The QN90A has inputs and outputs in a recessed area on the back on the right-hand side, and AC input in a small recessed rectangle on the left hand side, with a horizontal groove that can fit the provide AC cord. If you wall mount this TV with the Samsung slim mount, you should install "smurf" tubes to route wires down inside the wall on both left and right sides.

If you’re talking about the all in one connect box from samsung. I believe it is not compatible. This tv has hdmi ports on the back.
