Yes it does, and any apps not on can be added via internet

The TU9010 will come with Amazon prime preinstalled as one of the recommended apps, and HBO Max is available through the built in app store along with hundreds of others. We are continuously adding more premium content and new services to our Smart TV platform. It also comes with Samsung TV Plus which offers hundreds of free channels of news, sports, movies, and much more. For apps that are not available, you can take advantage of the screen mirror feature from a mobile Android or Apple device. ^Tim
