“BestBuy says this has a 3 year warranty, the Samsung website says this has a 5 year warranty. Does buying this drive through BestBuy give less warranty, or is this a typo?”

• Best Buy warranties the drive for 3 years. You can activate and process a warranty through Samsung for up to 5 years. The two warranties likely have different conditions.
