“i have lenovo ideapad 3 15itl05 it has a hdd slot/hdd tray. can i use a sata ssd drive instead of sata hdd? and if yes what exact cable do i need? i know what to use on normal hdd but what about sata ssd i added a pic will that work? thats for hdd”

You would need a "7+15 22pin SATA Hard Disk Drive 4pin Power Data Cable 2in1" for data transfer from the SSD to the motherboard and it includes power for the SSD as well on one cable. The power cable would plug into the motherboard. When looking up this cable, make sure you have connections available for these cables to plug into the motherboard. If you are replacing your HDD, you would just swap the existing cables into the SSD.
