Really quickly, the graphics card doesn't matter in this case. This is a storage drive so the only way you will know if it will work is if you look up the manufacturer's specs for the motherboard in your particular machine or crack the shell on it yourself and see if the motherboard has a PCIe port designated or a SSD. The way you describe your machine, I would be willing to bet it is a gaming machine and Lenovo used to be IBM so they are pretty solid machines to start with. I would be willing to bet that your machine will have at least 1 PCIe port and the standard SATA port or possibly 2 PCIe ports which means you could theoretically be able to have 3 storage drives, (1) SATA HDD and (2) NVMe SSDs possibly.
