“How do you recommend for OS install? Clean? Clone the original drive? Any other tips would be appreciated.”

• If your present drive is all good then just clone it. It's a hassle re-installing the OS and all the apps and drivers all over again. Then all the files, documents and pictures have to be copied back in the new drive.

• Depends on why you're installing the drive ...if you are just upgrading to a similar but bigger drive, just clone it....but going from HDD to SSD, I would do a fresh OS and program/app install and copy your user files.

• I always go clean. I never like bloat or anything extra. So I went with a. Clean install for my legion 5 pro and installed the vantage software afterwards.
