• Yes Ashley you just lay your phone down and it charges. I ha e had to move my phone around to charge it. I have the s9 plus.

• Yes, Ashley. I have a case on my phone and it is charging fine. Some have removed their case as it might interfere with the charging process.

• Yes. Your phone has to support wireless charging for it to work, and some phones are particular about just which part of the phone has to be centered on the charger. But if your phone supports wireless charging then this does a good job.
