• .PLUG ADAPTER DOES NOT WORK WELL WITH WIRELESS CHARGER. TRIED PLUGGING UNIT INTO ANOTHER USB PORT (i.e. laptop or PC or a USB port) worked better.

• You just lay it across the dock square in the middle.cannot have pop stops on it, and no big cases.watch for wireless charging to pop up on screen.read what color light comes on in your directions when its charging.if not present reposition again.i have no issues with samsung chargers and samsung phones. Other makes of chargers i did.
