• No, the device will only charge at the normal refresh speed whether it's on the original charger or if you use the wireless charging station. You would need the Galaxy S6 Edge+ for this to work as it does with newer models.

• The fast charger REQUIRES a charging cord be plugged into the wall. Use the cord that comes with the "disc". It is a FAST CHARGE adaptive cord. Then lay your phone on the "disc" and the blue light will show that charging has begun. When charging is completed the light turns to green.
