I charge my Iphone with it and have for 6 months. It is a great product. It does not get very hot which makes it very safe for a phone. When a charger gets hot it means the battery can break down and swell up. This is the reason I bought this charger is for the safety of it. Out of the box, this does not have a fast charger, but if you upgrade the charger it will be a fast charger. The only issue with fast chargers is that they put more wear and tear on your phone's battery. It's best to charge them at a normal speed.
