will this charge a galaxy note 9 that is in a case? null

This charges my Galaxy S10 with it's case on. It also charges my friends iPhone 8 with her case on as well. Unless your case has some magnetic interference on the back of the case it should work. Hope this helps. Please note if you have the little magnet to attach to a car mount it will not work.

I should charge your phone if its wireless capable. It depends on your case if it allows wireless charging or not. This charger will charge if your phone is QI compatible
