I'm not sure, but I don't think so. I believe the fast charging capability is only supported on select Samsung devices. Now it may work as a standard charger with your Switch, but I would be inclined to look for an adapter specifically made for it.

I would not recommend any fast charging device for equipment that is not compatible with these devices. The fast charger could cause overheating or over charging. This could cause the battery to leak, burn, or explode.
