Lowest temp is 0°f but the soft freeze is 31°f

You can set the FlexZone mode from one of the following modes: Wine: The temperature is set to 41 °F (5 °C). Deli: The temperature is set to 37 °F (3 °C). The soft freeze is a setting or mode where you can keep meat and fish fresh for an extended time. This mode sets the temperature to 23 °F (-5 °C). Please see page 38 under the "02 FlexZone / Soft Freeze (3 sec)" section of the manual for more details.
