“On the shelf that has capability of sliding the front half back, how do you slide the front half of shelf to slide under half back of shelf?The fridge is the Bespoke 23cu ft counter delta 4 door French fridge. Samsung support did not help.”

Make sure the tape is off and it just lifts up with your thumb a tad and push down and back with the other 4 fingers on the top. It just kind of falls back.
