• Yes. It gives you a few minutes before it starts beeping. If you have the Smart Thing app you can register the fridge and it will alert you when the door is open too.

• Greetings! We appreciate your question about an alarm that goes off if the door is not closed. If the door is left open for more than 2 minutes, an alarm will sound and the alarm indicator will blink. You can toggle the alarm on and off by pressing Door Alarm. The alarm is enabled by factory default. Leo
