“Why wouldn’t the knock feature be working? In the store if you knocked on the door you could see what was in the fridge. Now that I have the fridge that isn’t working.”

Look at the bottom of the top doors and you will see a 1.25" gray line and if you touch this the doors will open automatically. You just need to bump it, and it will open.
