- Answer Everyone is asking this question, and SAMSUNG is clearly avoiding giving us any kind of answer. There are no photos of the panels on the panel listings (only colors). Nor is there a photo of the panel-ready fridge without panels. This is the last bit of information that I need before making the purchase, but all I hear is crickets...

QuestionHow can a refrigerator be 73 inches tall in total, but 70 3/4 inches tall without the hinges and 71 7/8 inches tall with the hinges. Is there something sticking up on the top somewhere that makes it taller? Is there a camel hump?

Yes, you may use dry erase markers with the glass panels; however, it is not recommended as dry erase markers leave dirt, smudges even on white boards where they are intended. QuestionWhat color are the SIDE panels of this model?

- Answer The Refrigerator comes OUT OF THE BOX in the Graphite Black color but on the front, the areas where the front panels WOULD be are empty with an aluminum looking frame and panel. So the body is graphite/black.

- Answer I previously answered this question and reported that it coould not hold a gallon container. That was based on my faulty memory. I went back and actually tried to put a gallon milk container and it did fit easily. Sorry for the confusion.

Yes, you can write on the white glass doors to put daily reminders or notes to family members since they are not magnetic to leave paper notes. I have personally done this and no damage was done, easily cleaned with a paper towel and dishwashing soap.
