- Answer Hi Tulip, That is a good question about compatibility between different year models of the Flex refrigerator. The door of this Bespoke refrigerator model is not compatible with the 2017 Flex refrigerator. The hinge placement is different across the different year models. Leo

QuestionRefrigerator was just delivered, delivery people damaged wire to flex door. Does this wire affect freezer lighting because freezer lights are not working?

- Answer Hello, It does not include any tool. There’s no need for it. They can just easily be taken out by removing the snap-on clips that are holding the panels on. Hope it helps.
