I love this fridge. Is the water line securely connected to the supply line from the house? Once it is connected, find the shut-off for the supply line from the house and turn it on (it would be turned off while fridge is being installed). If you don't have a supply line from the house to the fridge, you may need a plumber to install one. My refrigerator was installed by Total Tech professionals, but there didn't appear to be anything unusual about connecting the water line.
