• Stick your hand all the way to the back of the ice tray and see if there’s a wall of ice. When this happened to me once I loosened the solid block of ice I found a small chunk of foam. It started working again

• Did you enable the ice function? On the refrigerator side you must first unlock the control panel than turn on the ice on.
