“Does the washer dispense pure hot water in Normal cycle? Seems like a silly question, but my existing H.E Samsung only dispenses Luke warm water even though it's set to Hot! Hot tap water is only in the steam cycle 2 hrs. I really dislike this limitation”

Hi dc, Yes, this Samsung washing machine model dispenses hot water in the normal cycle when hot is selected for its temperature. This is also possible when a minimum water temperature of 120 °F (49 °C) at the tap is supplied to the washing machine through the hot water inlet. Leo
